Turkey continues its crimes against the indigenous people of Afrin, and the mercenaries of the "Firqat al-Hamza" have unfairly uprooted about 900 old olive trees in Mabata district in the occupied Afrin canton.

A source indicated that the mercenaries of al-Hamza uprooted 300 olive trees owned by the citizen (Muhammad Sheikh Hammoud) and 600 olive trees belonging to the citizen (Ahmed Kefo).

Despite the absence of official statistics, reports issued by the Human Rights Organization - Afrin Syria, indicate that Turkey and its mercenaries have uprooted tens of thousands of trees since the beginning of the occupation of the canton in March 2018.
