Ain Issa people: We hold on to our land, trust forces defending it

Ain Issa district is being subjected to repeated attacks by the Turkish army and its mercenaries, which increased in intensity in the recent period in terms of frequent infiltrations into it from all directions, accompanied by indiscriminate shells on the outskirts of the district.

The people of Ain Issa district remained steadfast in their homes, refusing to abandon them, in addition to their stance rejecting the Turkish occupation despite all the attacks launched against them.

The citizen Ahmed al-Zaher says in an interview held by our agency's correspondents: "This land is ours, and we will not give it up to the Turkish occupier that is greedy for the good of our country."

Regarding the repeated attacks on the district, he said: "They frightened our families, including women and children, as a result of the sounds associated with the bombardment, but we will remain firmly in our land and will not abandon it," indicating that they have confidence in the Syrian Democratic Forces that defend them in the face of the repeated attacks on the district.

The Syrian Democratic Forces responded to all infiltration attempts by the Turkish army and its mercenaries to the area.

In the same context, the citizen Hussein Haidar was surprised by the speech promoted by the malicious media, that the people of the district have fled from it, saying: "Whoever would leave their land and home, while we are the true owners of the land."

Hussein asserted that death in his home is better than leaving it for the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation whom even the fruits of trees did not spare.
