Fears of a new offensive have been arisen due to preparations and movements by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenaries in North Eastern Syria, as the latest movements come in coincidence with violent attacks on the Ain Issa District, accompanied with silence observed by U.S. and Russian Forces the two Guarantor States to the Sochi Agreement that stipulates a cessation to fire regarding Turkish Occupation Forces and Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF.

As it was monitored by ANHA's correspondent, movements and reinforcements are focused in the village of Tal Manax in the Tal Tamr District and in the village of Um Ishba in the Zarghan, both occupied by Turkish Forces and the affiliated mercenaries, in addition to movements of mercenaries and military vehicles and fortifications in the confiscated houses by mercenaries in the village of Rihaniye, in rural Tal Tamr.

It was conveyed by ANHA's correspondent that such movements reduced mobility by civilians on the road linking the two districts of Tal Tamr and Zarghan, after civilian cars and water tanks sent by the Tal Tamr municipality to deliver water to some villages were targeted.
