Russian Silence substantiates occupation okay

Co-chair of the Diplomatic Relations Office of the Democratic Union Party in the Euphrates Region says that Russia bargains as to the benefits of it's interest, so Russian silence is being observed in reference to Turkish attacks on the region, as co-chair of the Kobani Intellectuals Union indicated that all this is being done by Russian okay.

Amid an international silence, especially from the supposed Russian guarantor, Turkish Occupation Army proceed to attack and bombard separate areas in North Eastern Syria, more specifically the Ain Issa District.

The Ain Issa District is so vital, for it lies on the strategically important Aleppo –Hasaka International Highway, known as the M4, that links many Syrian governorates north, west and east the country.

On this attacks, co-chair of the Diplomatic Relations Office of the Democratic Union Party, the PYD, in the Euphrates Region, Elaz Romi, said:'' in spite of the concluded Russian Turkish agreement and presence by the Russian Forces and setting up new military bases in the densely populated area, Turkish Occupation Forces carry out attacks unhesitatingly as Russian Forces merely watch'', making clear that the silence observed by Russian Forces and in the international community substantiates that there has been a Russian – Turkish understanding on that, adding :'' silence observed by Russians means an okay to a Turkish penetration into the area''.

The Kurdish politician indicated that Russia as a Guarantor State has never abided by it's duties reached with Turkey, and that:'' Russia behaves as it's interests imply''.

Observers believe that attacks by Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenaries on the region is a new attempt to occupy more Syrian territories accompanied by mercenary groups.

By doing so Turkish Occupation Forces breach the 10-termed Sochi Accord, that was signed on October 22^nd, 2019, between Russian and Turkey, that stipulates withdrawal by Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF, 30km distance from the Turkish border, a cessation to fire, in addition to carrying out joint Russian –Turkish patrols 10km deepness into the Syrian soil and deployment by Syrian Government Forces to the Syrian –Turkish border.

In the same context, co-chair of the Kobani Intellectuals' Union, Laila Ebdo, says that '' Russian Forces have never fulfilled their duties as guarantors as they keep silent towards the Turkish breaches and violations on the ground, for in spite of Russian military bases Turkish Forces are allowed to occupy the area'', and that all this indicate that the aim is to occupy the area and deport the people.

In reference to the latest attacks on the Ain Issa District, it is, as monitors believe, that Russian silence is just a bid to put pressure on Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF, that have been repelling all attacks by Turkish Occupation Forces, with the aim to hand over the region to Syrian Government Forces.

Up to date, Turkish Occupation Forces and all the affiliated mercenaries failed to change the actual reality on the ground, due to repellence by Syrian Democratic Forces a ground offensive on the Ain Issa District.
