The mourners received the body of the martyr Fayyad Muhammad Fateh, the nom de guerre Azad al-Dairi, in front of the Martyrs' Families Council, and they set off in a procession that included dozens of cars with the martyr's pictures on towards the shrine of the martyr Dijwar in the village of Dawudiya.

Upon reaching the shrine, the ceremony began with a minute of silence, in conjunction with a military parade by the fighters of the People's Protection Units and Women’s Protection Units.

At the ceremony, a member of the Martyrs' Families Council, Ahmed Asaad, offered condolences to the families of the martyr and wished patience and solace to them, and said, "Our heroes are defending and struggling against Erdogan's mercenaries who are trying to undermine the freedom and gains of our country with all their might."

"From here we say to Erdogan, whatever dollars are paid to these mercenaries, our heroes will resist them with all courage and determination, and we will defeat them."

For his part, the leader of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Muhammad Hassan al-Hassan saluted "all the fighters stationed on the front lines to defend the peoples and components of northern and eastern Syria."

Al-Hassan noted that there is no difference between the peoples and components of northern and eastern Syria, and continued, saying, “the son of Deir Ezzor is martyred in Raqqa, and the son of al-Raqqa is martyred elsewhere, all thanks to the thought and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the thought of the brotherhood of peoples.”

Al-Hassan stressed that they, in the Syrian Democratic Forces, will continue their struggle against the Turkish state and its mercenaries, until the achievement of all the goals for which the martyrs sacrificed their lives.

Then the martyr’s document was read by member of the Martyrs' Families Council, Rojda Ahmed, and delivered it to his family.

After that, the martyr’s body was buried in the midst of mothers' chants and slogans that salute the brothers of peoples.
