The Danish call comes, while the Kurdistan Democratic Party continues its hostile policies against the Kurdish people, through efforts to strangle the Peoples' Defense Forces HPG, which have been struggling for the Kurdish cause for more than 4 continuous decades of time.

Danish politicians and intellectuals warned in a letter addressed to the leaders of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) and the Kurdistan Communities Union (KCK) that a possible war between the Kurds would serve their enemies.

Danish figures also stressed, in their appeal to the Kurdish leaders, that such a war would undermine the efforts to solve the Kurdish issue.

The message read: “We, as Kurd's friends in Denmark, are following with great concern the ongoing war in Southern Kurdistan, and on behalf of those who participated in this appeal, we call upon the Kurdish leaders to search for a solution through dialogue, rise to the level of this responsibility and work together for the interests of Kurdish people, not intra Kurdish fighting."

The personalities who participated in directing the appeal indicated that "if a war breaks out between the Kurds, it will be difficult to explain to the people and the Danish public opinion why the Kurds are fighting among themselves instead of unity."

The letter referred to Turkey's colonial ambitions in Kurdistan, "Erdogan will use every opportunity to create conflict and war between the Kurds in order to obstacle the unity, independence and the autonomous administration of the Kurds in the region."

The letter stressed the need to unite the Kurds, "We, your friends in Denmark, and it is important to establish an alliance and cooperation in Kurdistan that serves the future of the Kurdish people and Kurdistan."
