Mishrefeh's is the sole remaining silo in the Gire Spi countryside after al-Shergeragh's, al-Dahleez's and al-Sakhrat's were all taken by Turkish Occupation Forces. .

Since Gire Spi and rural Ain Issa were occupied by Turkish Occupation Army and the affiliated mercenaries, the silo has been subject to bombardment, that resulted in serious damages in cells and the strategic reservoir before being repaired.

Wheat stored in the Ain Issa silos is being considered a strategic reservoir to the people of the region, for it provides 6 bakeries in the area with flour.

The Ain Issa district and countryside consume more than 500 tons per month, that is 650 tons of wheat.

Worth to note that the remaining amount of wheat at the Mishrefe silos is almost 3, 000 tons of wheat.
