Crisis Cell imposes comprehensive curfew on number of NES regions

Today, the Crisis Cell in the Executive Council of North and East Syria issued Decision No. / 198 / Date of 11/21/2020 to impose a ten-day full curfew on the regions of (Al-Hasaka - Qamishlo – Al-Tabqa – Al-Raqqa) from November 26 until December 5.

And the text of the order stated:

1. A ten-day-long full curfew to be imposed in the following regions (Al-Hasakah - Qamishlo – Al-Tabqa - Al-Raqqa) from November 26, 2020 until December 5, 2020 inclusive.

2. All schools, universities and kindergartens in all areas of the Autonomous Administration will be shot down during the ban period.

3. Movement of buses to and from the Autonomous Administration areas in northern and eastern Syria to be stopped while keeping the continuity of trade exchange.

4. All institutions and public official departments are closed in the under-curfew areas, with the exception of service departments and within a limited number.

5. During the curfew, all government buildings and all schools in northern and eastern Syria are sterilized.

6. All media institutions guide and educate fellow citizens to adopt methods of personal protection and social distancing and make them part of their daily life until the end of the epidemic.

7.This excludes the prohibition of all hospitals and bakeries, while pharmacies have a schedule alternate day will be held by the bodies and committees of health pharmacists and unions.

8. Facilitating the movement of farmers and distributing fuel to fellow citizens.

9. The Internal Security Forces shall implement the curfew procedures in accordance with the decision.

10. This decision shall be communicated to whomever needs to be implemented.
