Rojava Kurds called on the Kurdish political parties that are holding talks to reach a unified political vision as soon as possible, and to get rid of external influences that hinder the efforts of national unity, and they stressed that any delay in this helps the Turkish occupation to expand its occupation of the regions.

The Kurdish National Unity Parties and the Kurdish National Council in Syria have been holding talks in order to unify a common political vision since November 2019, and they have finished the issue of the Kurdish reference calling it the supreme Kurdish reference and agreeing on six items on the future Kurdish policy, but these discussions are taking place slowly according to the Kurdish street.

Citizen Nasreddin Ibrahim explained: "We are going through a sensitive phase, and the Kurdish forces must accelerate the ongoing discussions for the sake of Kurdish unity," and indicated that achieving unity among the Kurdish parties will contribute to the stability of the region.

Nasreddin noted the need to unify the Kurdish parts, so that the Kurds can confront the dangers facing them. He said: "Even if the political positions differ among the Kurdish parties, the goals and hopes of the Kurdish people are one which is to live in freedom and safety."

As for citizen Meshaal Khelo, he said: "For the Kurds to live a better life in the future, and to make up for a little of everything we lost (in an indication to the territories occupied by Turkey), the political forces must unify their ranks."

External influences that impede and delay the talks must be removed

Azad Babo Eyana, a resident of Serêkaniyê, who displaced to Qamishlo city after the Turkish attacks and its occupation of Serêkaniyê city in October 2019, said: "In the beginning, they have to get rid of the external influences that obstruct and delay the talks, so that the meetings that take place among the Kurdish political parts will come with good results."

Azad Eyana stressed the necessity of the participation of all Kurdish parts and parties in Rojava in the talks, and that no party or organization be excluded. He said: "If we unite our ranks, our voice will be heard in international forums."

Citizen Ahmed Shukry Amin, a resident of Tel Tamr district was displaced to Qamishlo city as a result of the ongoing Turkish occupation attacks on his area. He explained: "If political parties are unable to achieve unity, the Turkish occupation will expand its occupation."

Ahmed Amin added: "The Kurdish people have united their ranks, and now all eyes are on the political partes that, if they unite their ranks, will have a great influence on Kurdish politics in international forums, and at that time the enemies of the Kurds will not be able to achieve their goals."
