In implementation of the decision issued on October 10th, by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, that gives permission to Syrian IDP families willing to leave al-Hol Camp, to the east of the city of al-Hasaka, the management of the camp has taken all necessary measures for the fifth batch to leave the camp.

The decision by the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria was issued after a meeting on October 5th, 2020 with Syria's Democratic Council, Social Affairs and Work Body and Internal Affairs Body.

On today, 120 Syrian families, made up of 515 people, mostly women and children from Deir-ez-Zore and it's countryside,  packed their luggage's in one of the camp's squares close to the main entrance, in preparation to leave.

Fadel al-Awed, from Suse of Deir-ez-Zor, with his 10- membered family, awaits to get off the car that would take them to their district.

Al-awed thanked management of the camp and the officials responsible for the exiting operation, saying that his relative in Suse are waiting to welcome the family after years of absence.
