SOHR: new batch of Syrian mercenaries transferred to Karabakh

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the SOHR, has reported that Turkey has sent a new batch of Syrian mercenaries to Karabakh, and that 9 of them were killed in the battles undergoing there.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said today that a new batch that consists of 230 Syrian mercenaries backed by Turkey, has arrived at Azerbaijan to fight on the side of the Azeri Army in Karabakh.

The SOHR made clear that:'' the process by Turkey of transferring Syrian mercenaries is ongoing, where the total number of those transferred to Azerbaijan to take part in battles in Karabakh, stands now at 2,580 ones, of whom 342 returned after renouncing everything''.

In the same relation, no less than 9 mercenaries were killed in the last hours, in battles on the side of the Azeri Forces, while earlier, Armenian Forces had captured at least three Syrian fighters.

Since the end of last September, no less than 240 Syrian mercenaries backed by Turkey were killed in the on-going battles in Karabakh, bodies of 183 ones were transferred to Syria, while others' are still remaining in Azerbaijan, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Battles that erupted on September 27^th between Armenia and Azerbaijan are still going on, and though three Russian-U.S. – French brokered ceasefire agreements were announced, but they all failed due to Turkey's incitement.
