The delegation of the Raqqa Civil Council included the co-chairs of the council, Leila Mustafa and Muhammad Nour, and the co-chairs of the Civil Council’s bodies and offices.

The delegation was received at the Syrian Democratic Forces’ (SDF )Public Relations Center in Al-Hasakah, the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, and the Public Relations official of the SDF, Redur Khalil.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Raqqa Civil Council presented a memorial stone to one of the gates of Raqqa to the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi.

Commenting on the council’s gift, the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, affirmed the continuation of the Syrian Democratic Forces in combating terrorism and pursuing its cells in the region, and expressed his gratitude and happiness for the efforts of the Raqqa Civil Council, which work to serve the city and its suburbs.

For his part, the co-chair of the Raqqa Civil Council stressed the support of the council and the people of Raqqa to SDF, and collaborate to maintain the security and stability of Raqqa, and fight all parties aiming to ignite discord among the components of the region, and prevent hands that may tamper with the future of the region.
