at 2nd axis.. diversity, sacrifices contributed to developing Autonomous Administration

The second public symposium, which is held under the slogan "Towards a National Conference for the People of al-Jazeera and the Euphrates", continues in the city of Hasakah, which comes within the framework of reaching a comprehensive national conference at the level of northern and eastern Syria, attended by about 150 political, tribal, social and cultural figures from all northeastern cities, opponents and independents, the head of the executive body of the Syrian Democratic Council, Ilham Ahmed, and the vice-president of the Executive Board of the Syrian Democratic Council Hikmat Habib, who participated in the signing of the Moscow Understanding between the Syrian Democratic Council and the Popular Will Party.

With the start of the second axis, a delegation from the US State Department attended the public symposium, to review the course of the symposium and the discussions that are taking place, in order to solve the Syrian crisis, and how to develop the Autonomous Administration.

The attendees discussed in the second axis of the symposium, which was titled “Historical relations between the peoples of the region and their role in building the Autonomous Administration, and the mechanism for developing participation in the Autonomous Administration.” The second axis was managed by the spokesperson of the Autonomous Administration, Luqman Ahmi, and the co-chair of the Hasakah Canton Council, Samar. Al-Abdullah and the co-chair of the Syriac Union Party, Sanhrib Barsoum.

Luqman Hami, a spokesman for the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, explained that under the leadership of the Syrian Democratic Forces and with the help of the international coalition, the most powerful terrorist organization was eliminated, and Kobani was liberated from ISIS, which encouraged many countries to stand up to ISIS.

Ahmi pointed out that through the brotherhood of the peoples and the democratic nation and the solidarity of the peoples of the region from all components, the people of northern Syria were able to achieve many achievements at all levels, and were able to live in peace within the Autonomous administration system in the three regions, "the Euphrates, Al-Jazeera and Kobani."

Ahmi noted that all the gains and achievements that have been achieved so far and are still continuing, have been achieved through self-reliance, despite the simple administrative capabilities and experience of the Autonomous Administration, and the shortcomings that the region witnesses as a result of the lack of experience of the people running the region.

In the discussions on the second axis, Ahmi stressed the need for the Syrians to have a pioneering role in finding a solution to the Syrian crisis.

While the participants in the symposium pointed out that the deficiencies that occurred were a result of the lack of awareness of the people of the region and the political parties that manage society, as a result of the contradictions they live in.

The participants noted that despite the national conflicts, cultural relations lived in abundance among the peoples of the region, and they were dominated by a societal character. The diversity of society was not an obstacle to the progress of the Autonomous Administration and coexistence of its components.

Thus, the public symposium continues with submitting proposals.
