In the first axis of the public seminar, Elham Ahmed explained that the failure of all conferences came due to the absence of democratic forces, and said, "The formation of the negotiating body in which a change can occur, and by changing it, a change can occur in the Syrian crisis and the ways to solve it, provided that it includes all spectrums of Syrian society, as insisting on exclusion will be a fruitless solution, and there will be no results of the crisis. "

Elham Ahmed said at the beginning, that they are seeking, through the seminar, to reach common points for a Syrian political solution, and what is their demand for a future Syria.

And she pointed out that, as a democratic opposition party, "we sought to reach a democratic system by peaceful means, and we had multiple dialogues with the Syrian government or with other opposition parties, and currently a Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue is underway for the Kurdish component, which is considered an essential part of the Syrian people."

Many conferences have been held regarding the Syrian crisis, including the Geneva conference, and Elham Ahmed says, "The two participating parties are the regime and the opposition, which are recognized by the international community. Years passed from migration, starvation and other practices. These conferences that are held so far have not yielded results because of the existence of fundamental and influential powers and states in The crisis includes America, Russia, Turkey and Iran, and there are parties who say that there is political sterility in the Geneva conference, as the international community was unable to persuade the two parties in Geneva to sit at the same dialogue table.

Elham Ahmed indicated that the formation of the Constitutional Committee took nearly a year to complete because of the parties' quarrels to form and participate in the committees that will form the functioning of the Constitutional Committee. And she continued, "The formation of the negotiating body can change it, and by changing it, a change can occur in the Syrian crisis and the ways to solve it, provided that it includes all segments of the Syrian society, as insisting on exclusion will be a fruitless solution and there will be no results of the crisis."

And Elham Ahmed noted, "We held dialogues with the Syrian government because we are not parties in Geneva, and a document of principles was put forward to work on them, several meetings that took place and had no result, and among the reasons for them are the regime so far that the crisis is seen as a temporary phase and seeks to gain time, and hopes that it will return." That Syria go back to before 2011, and he does not see the devastation that has afflicted the country, and half of Syria's population has become displaced outside the country. "

We demand decentralization

She added, "We demand decentralization, including administrative and political decentralization, but the proximity to it was not strategic, so it remains within one framework and stops. Foreign interference has an impact on these meetings by Turkey, Iran, Russia and America. We asked the Russian guarantor to have a statement before." Syrian President Bashar al-Assad about the meetings, where he described the Kurds as immigrants, and they were gracious to shelter them, and these statements blew all the meetings, so the dialogue with the Syrian government is very difficult, although we announced our readiness to start discussing all points, including education and the economy, and yet our door is still open because our insistence that the Syrian solution be an internal one. "

Regarding the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue, Elham Ahmed noted that a different and misleading picture was given about these dialogues, and many parties described it as heading towards division, separation and a Kurdish state, and continued, "Through this dialogue we want the Kurdish National Council to be a participant in the Autonomous Administration like the rest of the components. In the region, the Kurdish dialogue is a step towards the Syrian dialogue in the north, and this step will serve the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, if we had a goal in dividing Syria, we would announce that, but we do not seek that. "

We want to reach proposals that will be of use in the meetings with the Damascus government ′

At the end of the first axis, Elham Ahmed, the head of the Executive Committee of the Syrian Democratic Council, said, "Our transitional phase has fluctuations. We have preserved the peace of the people despite individual mistakes, and we tried to avoid the region from entering into internal conflicts, and this meeting is a kind of access to trivialities, we want to get it." on the proposals and opinions that will be of great benefit about the meetings with the Syrian government, and avoiding and avoiding shortcomings, in addition to opinions on the comprehensive Syrian dialogue."

The second axis, "the historical relations between the peoples of the region and their role in building the Autonomous Administration, the mechanism for developing participation in the Autonomous Administration," will start after the break.
