The ceremonies of the martyr Muhammad Al-Issa were limited to the presence of representatives of the Council of the Families of Martyrs and the Families of the Martyr, as well as members of the Internal Security Forces and representatives of the Al-Tabqa Military Council, based on the instructions issued by the Crisis Cell to confront Coronavirus, which require the implementation of health and social safety rules.

The funeral procession set off from the city of Al-Raqqa, heading towards the martyrs' shrine in Al-Tabqa. After the motorcade arrived at the shrine and stood for a minute of silence, members of the Internal Security Forces made a military parade, then the administrator of the Council of the Families of Martyrs Mahmoud Al-Shami delivered a speech in which he offered condolences to the martyr's family, wishing them patience and solace.

Al-Shami added, "In these current circumstances, international attention is directed towards our region. We continue to offer martyrs every day. Our martyrs are in the thousands, and in every inch of this land there is a drop of blood from the body of a pure martyr, who wrote to our people a life called freedom."

Then the certificate document was read by the administrator of the Council of Martyrs Families, Fawza Muhammad, to receive it after that to the father of the martyr Muhammad.

At the end of the ceremony, the martyr was buried by his comrades.
