HPC forces in al-Sheikh Maqsoud condemn Turkish attacks on Heftanin

Today, hundreds of residents, representatives of civil institutions and members of the Community Protection Forces gathered in front of the meeting hall located in the eastern section of al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo city to participate in the demonstration organized by the Community Protection Forces in support of Heftanin resistance.

During which the participants carried pictures of the leader Ocalan, banners with "We will increase the pace of resistance and struggle against brutal attacks and extermination" written on, and flags of the Community Protection Forces.

The demonstrators went through the main streets of the neighborhood, chanting slogans that salute the resistance of Heftanin, reaching the Seven Martyrs Roundabout in the eastern section of al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

The demonstrators held a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs, followed by the Community Protection Forces making a statement read by the member of the Community Protection Forces, Suad Mohamed.

The text of the statement included:

"We condemn and denounce the Turkish fascist aggression against Heftanin, which has been ongoing since three months. This Turanian aggression against Heftanin indicates the economic collapse of the Turkish state and the export of its crisis abroad.

 The agents and traitors who deal with the Turkish intelligence will have a dire end, and everyone must fulfill their historic responsibilities, and respond to the call and duty. We must not wait for orders from anyone, each of us can become a revolutionary fighter by training themselves and organizing those around them, and if we can reach this level and achieve discipline and self-organization, victory will be our ally without any doubt, regardless of the fascist occupational attacks on Heftanin.

The resistance shown by Guerrilla will continue with the blood of our martyrs, and the Turkish aggression is suffering from the horror of trauma in Heftanin, as the losses and blows it receives from the People's Defense Forces are countless, and this is the historic stage that will bring victory and freedom."

Then, the demonstration ended with chanting the slogans that salute the resistance of Heftanin and denounce the violations of the Turkish occupation.
