According to the human rights organization Afrin - Syria, on 8-30-2020, the citizen Khalil Muhammad bin Sido aged 38, from the village of Sharqiya, in the Bulbul district, died, and he was living in the city of Jinderesse after Turkey's occupation of Afrin, where he was subjected to internal bleeding. He was treated from his home in Jindrsse to Afrin hospitals, but he died there.

The source indicated that Khalil was kidnapped three days before his death by the mercenaries of the " Al-Jabhah Al-Shamiyah" of the Turkish occupation on charges of dealing with the former Autonomous Administration and was subjected to beatings and torture at the hands of the mercenaries. Later he was handed to his family.

The source also confirmed that Khalil was kidnapped in August 2018 by the mercenaries of the Al-Jabhah Al-Shamiyah on charges of dealing with the Autonomous Administration, and at that time he was beaten and tortured after he paid a ransom of (1500,000) Syrian pounds to release him, knowing that they demanded a ransom of three million, and the inability of his family to pay the amount, the amount was reduced by half.
