Regarding the details of the incident, a special source from the relatives of the child Maher Subhi al-Ajjour confirmed to our agency's correspondent that the child Maher, while grazing the sheep near the village, was exposed to strong heatstroke which led to his unconsciousness, and he was taken to the National Hospital in Serêkaniyê city which is controlled by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, but the mercenaries did not allow receiving the child without mentioning the reasons, and he was transferred to Turkish hospitals and facilitated for them the way to cross in a procedure indicating that there is an agreement between the mercenaries and traffickers of human organs in Turkish hospitals.

The source confirmed that after their arrival at the Turkish hospitals, the child received emergency treatment and he returned to consciousness and his health improved; however they did not allow him to be discharged from the hospital and return to Serêkaniyê, and after keeping him for two days in the hospital, the doctors told the child's parents that he needed an urgent surgery, without disclosing the reason and what the operation is. After his father refused to perform the operation on his recovered son, they forced him to accept by frightening, intimidating and pressuring him and claiming that his son's condition is critical and there is a danger to his life if he does not undergo the operation.

The source quoted from the child's father that after they took the child to the operating room and after several hours had passed, the medical personnel at the hospital told him that their son died under the operation, and they handed him the body of his son and sent them to Serêkaniyê.

The source confirmed that after their return to the house and revealing the body of their son, the family was shocked by the child's exposure to the autopsy and the theft of his internal organs and filling them with cotton. As a result of that trauma, the child's mother was subjected to a state of hysteria and lost her mind, and her condition is still deteriorating.

In the same context, Ahmed Farhan, a member of the former medical staff at Roj Hospital in the city of Serêkaniyê before its occupation, indicated that what the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries are doing within the city can only be described as crimes against humanity and children, in violation of all international and humanitarian laws and standards.

Farhan explained: "The child Maher al-Ajjour is not the first child whose organs were stolen by Turkish hospitals dealing with human organ traffickers, and there are many cases that have not been revealed yet due to the people secrecy and fear of the threats of Turkish mercenaries."

At the end of his speech, Ahmed Farhan appealed to "human rights and humanitarian organizations and child protection organizations to quickly intervene to stop the violations and crimes of the Turkish occupation against civilians and the Syrian people in the occupied areas, end the Turkish occupation and hold accountable those involved in trafficking in human lives."
