The municipality of Zarkan district continues to follow its work and provide services to the people, after the Turkish occupation attempts to stop life in the area and displace its people.

The Turkish occupation army and the Syrian National Army mercenaries are still continuing their attacks on the north and east of Syria since October 9, 2019, violating at all the agreements concluded between them and Russia and America.

After the occupation of Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain and Girê Spî /Tel-Abyed, Turkey sought through its gangs and its bombardment of the border areas to empty and making a demographic change in it, and from these regions that Turkey is trying to occupy, and to undermine the will of its components towards Zarkan in al-Hasakah province.

Where the district and its villages are subjected almost daily to bombing by the occupation and its mercenaries, but the will of the people failed these attacks, and for its part, the municipality of Zarkan will resume its service work to serve the citizens, facilitate their conditions, secure their requirements, and solve their service problems.

The municipality has returned to work after a month of Turkish attacks, and the members of the municipality are currently working, and they continue to serve the citizens, and they assure that they will do everything they can to bring life and beauty to their district.

Hawar news agency (ANHA) visited the district of Zarkan and met with the co-chair of people's municipality in the district, Nouf Obaid, who said: "We were witnesses to the attacks of the Turkish occupation that were targeting the sources of life."

And he added "the service committees continue their work by cleaning the area, and transporting the waste to the designated landfill, in addition to transporting the rubble left by the bombing of the occupation and its mercenaries.
