The Turkish authorities continue to impose strict isolation on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, in his prison on Imrali Island, and prevent his clients and family from meeting him.

During his 20-year stay in Lebanon and Syria, leader Abdullah Ocalan graduated several intellectual training courses, and met hundreds of community members in Lebanon.

Rashid Rasho, a resident of the Sheikh Maksoud neighborhood in the city of Aleppo, lived in the 1990s in Lebanon, and in 1991 he met with leader Abdullah Ocalan at the August 15 party at the Shahid Masum Qorkmaz Academy.

Rashid Rasho explained that he attended the August 15 party, then went to the training camp "The Martyr Masum Qorkmaz", and upon entering the camp he saw Kurdish flags and symbols flutter in the camp, and confirmed that he was proud at the time.

"After the party ended, the leader was going to have a meeting for the people at 11:00 p.m., but he canceled it for security reasons, because on that day Turkish Prime Minister Masoud Yilmaz left for Israel, and on the same day he held a meeting at 11 p.m., which lasted 3 hours, when leader Ocalan spoke about the issue of Kurdish unity and its causes. "

Rasho continued his speech by saying: "The leader said that the reason for the lack of unity of the Kurds is the lack of organization and awareness of the Kurdish people, because organized society can defend its rights and identity."

Rasho noted that during the meeting, one of the citizens asked the leader Ocalan: "What are the countries that help the Kurds?" Ocalan's leader replied, "It does not matter who we are with or against us, but rather we must organize ourselves for the sake of our country, our people, our land, and for ourselves. The shot that came out of the crater on August 15 broke the wall of fear among the Kurdish people."

Rasho pointed out that the leader Abdullah Ocalan also held a meeting of the people on the second day, and at that time he spoke about the history and foundations of the PKK, and the resistance of prisons.

Rasho noted, "The Kurdish people are linked to the thought of Ocalan's leader, the people who did not meet the leader, but listened to his words via videotapes or recording."

Rashid Rasho stressed, at the end of his speech, that organizing society and spreading the thought of leader Abdullah Ocalan is a national duty for every person working for the Kurdish cause and the Kurdish people.
