On February 1, the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation (the Sultan Murad Division, Jabha Shamiya, Ahrar al-Sham) with heavy artillery cover launched a ground attack on the village of Tal Rahhal and Radar Hill in the Shahba regions, where our forces repelled the attack and managed to foil it after violent clashes against the mercenaries. As a result of the clashes, 22 mercenaries were killed and 10 others were wounded, and our forces captured two AK-47 arms and one quiver.

While three of our fighters rose to the level of martyrdom after they showed great resistance against the mercenary attack.

In a relevant concern, the Turkish occupation army violently bombed the villages of Shara and Sherawa district, as well as many villages in the Shahba regions, as Turkish reconnaissance planes flew overhead.

Facing the attacks of the Turkish occupation that are targeting intensively the lands of Rojava and northern Syria, our fighters show great resistance to breaking these attacks and protecting our people, including all of the martyrs "Dilpak Afrin, Nimr Afrin and Bakur Afrin", who responded to the recent attacks and reached the level of martyrdom.

Our martyr comrade Dilpak, who is from the Arab component, has participated since the beginning of the Rojava revolution in many liberation campaigns, and presented through his style of leadership a model for victory in the various stages of struggle, where he did not hesitate for a moment to advance in the front lines of the battles against the various occupation forces, and many assumed many positions, most recently as commander of one of our battalions.

Our comrades, Nimr and Bakur Afrin were among our fighters who were distinguished in training in preparation for the next stage of the struggle, and was marked by sacrifice and sincerity. Our companion Nimr, who took his place in the leadership of one of our fighting groups, was a source of strength and morale for all of our fighters.
