ISIS mercenaries are among the most dangerous terrorist groups in the world, and it appeared since 2014, at that time, it was able to occupy large swaths of Syrian and Iraqi lands and impose its extremist ideology on its people. Mercenaries were defeated in their last geographical strongholds recently in Syria by SDF fighters in late March last year.

With the launch of the SDF campaign against the last ISIS mercenary strongholds in al-Baghuz as part of the "Defeat Terror" campaign, the occupation of the mercenaries began to fade on Syrian soil, and the mercenary families began to surrender to the SDF in conjunction with the military campaign, and then moved these families to the reality camp 45 km east of Hasakah city.

Al-Hol camp (which is the largest of its kind among the Autonomous Administration camps that was established to accommodate the waves of displacement) currently includes more than 40,000 members of the families of ISIS mercenaries Syrians, Iraqis and foreigners, which was initially allocated to accommodate Iraqi refugees who took refuge in Syrian lands after the occupation of ISIS mercenaries on large areas of Iraqi territory.

Al-Hol camp witnesses ISIS attempt to reorganize itself

With the announcement of SDF to liberate the entire areas that were subject to the occupation of mercenaries, al-Hol camp witnessed many attempts to reorganize, by mercenary women themselves, they formed within the camp what are known as Sharia courts, and organized courses to consolidate ISIS in children, and set up Hisbah groups its tasks to to train children in ISIS ideology, and to hold accountable and prosecute residents of al-Hol camp who are women and children who violate the ideology of mercenary extremists. Skin operations, killings and desertions are occurring almost daily in the camp.

In an exclusive interview with Hawar news agency (ANHA) with the Official of the Security Forces responsible for the security and guarding of al-Hol camp Aylol Rizgar, I spoke about the crimes of ISIS women in the camp from killings and desertions, and the danger of this camp to the region and the world, and revealed during the meeting the numbers of crimes that occurred, and the reason their recent high frequency, and the measures required to reduce the risk of these families.

Rizgar said: "The crimes that take place in the camp, such as killing, stabbing, and burning the tents of the camp residents, are the attempts of ISIS women who are fanatic of ISIS extremist ideology in order to preserve ISIS thought, and re-establish it among those who try to get away from them, and these crimes are committed against those they call Those outside the Islamic law, and even threats to the security forces responsible for protecting the camp.

In the context of her speech, Aylol Rizgar revealed the statistics of the crimes committed in al-Hol camp, which started after the settlement of mercenary families within the camp, saying: “There have been 24 cases of murder of Syrian, Iraqi and foreign women and men since the families of ISIS came to al-Hol, along with 11 attempted killings. Including those targeted, 506 tents were burned in active action, and attempts to escape more than 300 families. "

Rizgar noted that these crimes increased in frequency after the operation to eliminate the leader of mercenaries Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and in conjunction with the attacks of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, the "Syrian National Army" on the areas of NE, Syria, and the women of ISIS in Ain Issa camp managed to reach the Turkish occupation areas.

It is necessary to establish an IC to prosecute ISIS elements
