Abd al-Rahim indicated, "The Turkish fascist committed crimes against the people of North and East Syria, especially in Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî from killing, displacement, looting civilians' properties and the mutilation of corpses, and this is a purely ISIS ideology, how do we consider these gangs in the Syrian National Army who are with the same mentality of ISIS and are fighting in one ditch ".

Abdel Rahim considered: "The only legitimate forces that represent the components and peoples of NE, Syria are SDF that maintain and liberate the territorial integrity of Syria, and made great sacrifices to preserve the unity of the peoples in a shared life and peaceful coexistence."
