Turkish mercenaries cut down forest trees in Mobata district of Afrin
For the past 15 days, the Turkish occupation mercenaries have been cutting down forest trees in Mount Kor Khlo, located in the village of Khaziana in Mobata district, and selling them as firewood in the markets.
A local source told ANHA that the 112th Battalion of Ahfad al-Rasoul of the Turkish occupation, led by the mercenaries of Abu Hassan, cut down forest trees in Mount Kor Khlo in the village of Khaziana in Mobata district.
The source said that the mercenaries prevented the residents from approaching the mount.
The source said mercenaries were selling trees as firewood in markets.
It is noteworthy that the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation two days ago burned more than 200 other olive trees in Matina village of the district of Shera in the occupied Afrin.
