Settlers in occupied Afrin cut down 156 trees belonging to the forcibly displaced people of Afrin.

Local sources reported that settlers from the Mawali tribe cut down 16 olive trees and 5 large walnut trees, belonging to the citizen Mohi al-Din Khalil, on the road to the Janders district near the village of Kaani Korek.

In the village of Khalnira, 12 olive trees were cut from their trunks, the field belongs to the citizen Imad Hassan, and 60 olive trees, including 27 trees whose trunks were cut, near the village of Jomkeh, the field belongs to the citizen Ahmed Bantal.

In the village of Qastal Miqdad - Shara district, 29 olive trees and 7 almond trees, owned by the citizen Ahmed Omar, were partially cut down.

Since March 2018, with Turkey and its mercenaries occupying Afrin, killings, kidnappings, looting, theft and assassinations have continued against the remaining Afrin residents, committing crimes against its nature, and trading in the property of forcibly displaced people.
