Imra Ozan Oglu from the Turkish capital, Ankara 1991. He was working in the mobiles trading during his stay in Turkey. He joined IS by friends promoted to the terrorist organization. In late 2014, he decided to come to the Syrian territories. Ozan's father is the one who took the decision to join IS. He registered Ozan's and his wife's name Bishak to travel to Syria and join IS mercenaries.

Large groups in Ankara are promoting to IS and facilitating the entry of foreigners to Syria

It has been clear during previous reports that there are special groups working in Turkey to promote IS. This confirms the existence of these groups as Ozan revealed the name of the mercenary Salah al-Din from Ankara who works with IS in the Turkish capital Ankara. His mission is facilitating the foreigners' entry to the Syrian territories and promoting to IS in his area, while Ozan does not have enough information about him because his father was coordinating with this person. He also mentioned the name of Kamil Noah Oglu, the general coordinator in Ankara and one of the heads of the most prominent groups in Turkey who was killed during the Syrian Democratic Forces' campaign to liberate al-Raqqa city.

Traveling to Syria and revealing the head of an organization's gang in Turkey

Ozan, his wife and his father's trip began after days of travel registration to Syria. Salah al-Din sent a car, including Taha and Mohsen families from Ankara. Ozan also mentioned the name of Salah al-Din's car driver who also works with the group; he is Terzi Ahmed.

During the journey, one of the Turkish gendarmerie patrols stopped the car in which they were present and demanded all the IDs. However, the families did not move from their place. The driver, Terzi Ahmed, was the only who spoke with the Turkish gendarmerie. After 15 minutes, the journey continued again until they reached Ghazi Entebbe.

After the arrival of the family to Ghazi Entebbe, Terzi Ahmed handed them over to the coordinator who works for the organization. Ozan was not able to identify his name, and then Ozan, his wife, his father and the other two families entered the Syrian territories without any obstacles or difficulties, while Ozan and others did not enter the Syrian border on foot, but by the coordinator's car. Ozan added, "We did not encounter any difficulties on the Syrian-Turkish border. We entered the Syrian territories (al-Rai area) with a "Transat" car and we did not meet any Turkish security forces on the border."

After the entry of Ozan to the Syrian territories, specifically to al-Rai area, they separated the families' women from the men, and took the men to a house gathering the immigrants. Ozan said that the house was filled with foreigners from all countries after they handed over all the papers they had. A day later, the mercenary Ozan was sent to Shahitat village in Hammam area to receive a training course there with his father by Turkish IS gangs.

Joining the mercenaries of the Turkish "Istanbul Group" whose charge is fighting the Kurds

The mercenary Ozan joined the Turkish "Istanbul Group." It is a group includes only Turkish members from Istanbul, specifically from Sultan B region. After that, Ozan received a military training course in Deir ez-Zor area to return to al-Bab, and the mercenaries began to ask Ozan to join one of the military factions. He joined then a special battalion of the Turks in Tel Abyed city. Its number was exceeding 70 members. The group's mission was to launch operations against the People and Women Protection Units (YPG, YPJ) in Tel Abyed districts.

Ozan's participating in operations against SDF

During his existence in the Turkish battalion, he chose the back lines. He said in this regard, "I chose the back lines of the fronts because during our battles in the face of YPG, I was afraid. We could not resist in their face, so we withdrew after offering a number of dead."

After liberating Tel Abyed, he traveled with his wife and father to al-Raqqa city to start working in the armored vehicles factory. He conflicted with the Amir of the industry group, and with the beginning of the SDF campaign on al-Raqqa, he traveled to al-Mayadin area. 

Rifat, Ozan's father was convinced to carry out suicide operation against the regime in al-Mayadin

After their travel to al-Mayadin, his only choice was to join a group that used to carry out suicide or offensive operations. Ozan's father, Rifat, joined this gang headed by a mercenary from Azerbaijan. He was convinced to carry out a suicide operation against the Syrian regime forces in al-Mayadin.

Ozan said," My father was hardline to Islam. I tried to convince him not to carry out the operation, but after a month, my father went, and after 20 days, I heard from a friend that he had carried out a suicide operation with a booby trapped vehicle against the Syrian regime in al-Mayadin area." 

After SDF besieged the east of the Euphrates completely, Ozan and his wife Bishak were obliged to surrender to SDF. The mercenary Ozan was able to identify a smuggler who also worked with IS mercenaries to get them out. Last month, Ozan and his wife managed to surrender to the SDF, east of the Euphrates River.
