Osama Ahmed: eliminating IS starts from Ankara

After their emergence in Syria and Iraq, IS mercenaries have been extremist and reactionary groups seeking to implement extremist ideology, so they were beheading and cutting hands and what was done was devastating to the manifestations of civilization, civil and humanitarian wherever the gangs existed which managed through the gate opened by Turkey to enter the Syrian territory .

Ankara, through these gangs, opened the borders and supported them in front of the whole world to spread the chaos in the neighboring countries and then used them as a pretext to intervene in the Syrian issue as was the case when the operation of the so-called "the Euphrates Shield " was launched.

There are many proofs of the relation between Turkey and IS, in addition to pictures and videos that show IS alongside Turkish soldiers together on the border, the mercenaries' confessions about the easy movement in Turkey and the strong Turkish Intelligence's relations with IS. Turkey was printing books containing its extremist, fanatic religious ideology in several languages ​​including the Turkish language.

Where the members of the Intellectuals Union of Afrin found a collection of books that were found in houses in al-Shahba areas which existed during the rule of IS years ago, it appears that they were printed in Turkish publishing house.

In this context, Osama said in an interview with ANHA agency, "Today, I want to convey a message to the world that the elimination of IS would be by eliminating the ideology that they are following and not on an armed gangs who occupy a geographical area."

Ahmed added, "The whole world, the US government, the International Coalition against terrorism and all those involved in the fight against terrorism must know that the elimination of extremism is not done by eliminating some of the militants on the ground in Iraq or Syria or elsewhere because extremism is not by gun but an ideological approach and a religious ideology that is intolerant and thus eradicating it by eliminating this ideology and eliminating its spread."

Ahmed added, "We have not found genuine international efforts in this regard yet. All efforts focus on eliminating terrorist organizations such as armed groups, but ending extremism and terrorist organizations as fanatical ideological organizations, there is no effort in this regard."

Ahmed referred to the circumstances that helped IS' spread and said, "Daesh that emerged from al-Qaeda benefited from the years of war in Iraq and spread there. In the beginning of the war in Syria, it was able to cross the Syrian border, form its cells and organize itself inside Syria to occupy a large part of the Syrian geography. These extremist organizations not only benefited from Iraq, but also managed to ally themselves with regional forces such as Turkey and Qatar, and received direct and indirect support in terms of the formation of cells to organize within the Turkish territory and the establishment of closed camps to train the forces of the organization in Turkey."

This is what the Turkish government has repeatedly denied, but the facts prove the opposite. The Turkish politicians during the war in Syria all tended to Islamize the popular movement and make a suitable change inside Syria, as they included gangs such as al-Ikhwasn al-Muslimin and supported them. They also helped them to control the trend of the so-called opponents and headed towards the so-called the Syrian opposition."

Osama Ahmed pointed out that the occupation of Afrin exposed all the Turkish politicians and armed gangs affiliated to it. There is no difference between their practices and IS'.

After the transfer of the people of Afrin to al-Shahba areas, the Intellectuals Union of Afrin sought to open a library to keep the community in touch with the cultural situation and knowledge.

While collecting books among houses in al-Shahba villages, they found a group of "jihadist" books promoting IS ideology that occupied the area years ago.

Ahmed ended his speech, "The whole world must be aware of the danger of Erdogan who is more dangerous than IS because what Erdogan promotes is IS thought-provoking and the promotion of thought is more dangerous than the armed gangs. The armed gang can be eliminated through military war, but the ideology it promotes is difficult to be controlled, so if the world countries want to eliminate terrorism and extremism, they must eliminate the intellectual sources, and if those would not be eliminated, these sources must realize that they may be able to end IS geographically only in a military way, but they will face more than one IS in the future".
