Kobani canton's teachers said that Turkish state is trying to prevent the spread of the Kurdish people leader Abdullah Ocalan’s thought, stressing that they would resist that, and they salute Leyla Guven and her comrades’ resistance and described it as "Revolution"

The leader Abdullah Ocalan has been arrested since 15 Feb, 1999, by international plot, an intensive isolation is being imposed on him by Turkish occupation, preventing his lawyers and clients from meeting him.

The co-chair of Democratic Society Conference and the parliamentarian of the Democratic People's party Leyla Guven, in addition to hundreds of her comrades who are detained, announced their hunger strike, demanding to lift isolation against him.

The teacher in Hogir school, Mustafa Saleh said that they perceive Leyla Guven and her comrades’ activity as "Revolution" and added "we support this activity and we will follow their path, our demand is to liberate our leader, it is not acceptable for a leader like him to remain in detention.”

Khadija Issa, teacher of the Kurdish literature and language saying "all the women must escalate the struggle to liberate Ocalan, the Turkish state wants distance us from our leader but Ocalan's thought is still present in our memory, the Turkish state arrests every woman talking about freedom, and Leyla Guven is a struggler woman.
