Turkey's mercenary gangs have targeted positions of the regime in the southern countryside of Idlib, located within the demilitarized zones, while the regime forces responded by shelling the area with rockets.

The Syrian Observatory for Human rights reported that the mercenary gangs of the so-called the operation room "Wa-Harred al-Mumenin" targeted with missiles, on Friday, positions of the regime forces and the armed supporters in the axis of al-Salomiya, and Sham al-Hawa in the east-southern countryside of Idlib, within the demilitarized zone.

While the regime forces have targeted areas in the vicinity of al-Latamna, Atshan, and Hasraiya in the north and north-eastern countryside of Hama.

The missiles shelling is still ongoing by the regime forces on places in the villages of al-Jisat, Tal Sakher in the northern countryside of Hama, Jiser Bit Ras, and al-Hewiz in Sahel al-Gab in the western-northern countryside of Hama, and that within the demilitarized zone, without information of human loss. 

In turn, Sana agency, said, "The army units foiled infiltrating attempt of mercenary gangs near the Agricultural Airport in the village of al-Sharia of the northern countryside of Hama, which resulted of killing and injury of its members. 

Adding, "Other units of the army have carried out operations against positions of the terrorist gangs in the outskirts of the village of Abo Raida in the eastern countryside of Hama in response of breaches of the de-escalation zone agreement.

The demilitarized zones have witnessed constant breaches since this agreement was signed on 17 September. These areas have overshadowed discussions between Putin and Erdogan, where Moscow accused Ankara of delaying implementation of the agreement.
