Al-Afadla notables: we will be alongside with SDF against any Turkish incursion

Hawar news agency (ANHA) interviewed with clans' notables from al-Afadla tribe in al-Raqqa city, denouncing Erdogan's statements to occupy North and East Syria, they have confirmed that they would be alongside with SDF fighters to repel any external attack.

Sheikh Hazal al-Ezz, one of the notables of al-Afadla clan in al-Karama area in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqa said," What Turkey is saying is the return of terrorism to our land to serve its agendas in Syria, only our young people who have made great sacrifices to eradicate the terrorism of our land."

We, as Sheikhs and clans' notables of Al-Afdala clan, have not allowed anyone to hit the security of the area, and we do not need anyone to protect us. With the sacrifices of our young people who are in the ranks of the Syrian Democratic Forces," he said.  We will confront IS and Turkish occupation if they want to enter terrorism into our regions, and the right will prevail in the end.

For his part, the notable of Al-Afdala clan in al-Hawas town in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqa city Abdul Qader al-Hussein has denounced it "We denounce what Turkey declares, especially after liberating the area from terrorism, in which we have sacrificed the blood of our martyrs, and we will be alongside by the Syrian Democratic Forces SDF"

Al-Hussein said that "We will not denial the SDF sacrifices and we and will repel to any Turkish attack."

Sheikh Daham al-Shibli noted "Turkey wants to re-establish the Ottoman occupation of the area that the people have severely suffered for over four centuries, we reject any interference in our areas, and we will face Turkey which is trying to hit the stability, we will be alongside with SDF."
