SDF: IS' gangs gathered its forces after US President's decision

On Saturday, the Media Center of SDF released a public statement , revealling the outcome of military operations in the last 48 hours with in the Battle to defeat terrorism."

The text of the statement:

"In a direct reflection of the US president's decision to withdraw his forces from Syria, in which he said that the "IS organization has been eradicated" the terrorist organization seized the opportunity to gather its forces and intensify its terrorist attacks on the positions of our forces.

On Saturday morning ,elements of the terrorist organization carried out a fierce and intense attack on the points and positions of our forces in axis of Hajin town and its surrounding, through dozens of suicide elements and armored vehicles, and violent clashes erupted lasted for many hours, our fighters were able to kill  more than 5 suicide , 12 suicide were killed by sniping ,before they reach the positions of our forces ,some of them were kept at SDF's hands and our forces made progress on this axis after the terrorist organization's attacks were broken.

On one side of this axis, the terrorist organization tried to gahter its ranks and for launching surprise attack, but it was also foiled. It resorted to shelling our fighters' points with missiles and thermal missiles, trying to attack under the barrage of shelling, but also breaking this attack.a number of terrorists were killed, and a military vehicle was destroyed.

In the afternoon, the terrorists tried once again to launch a counter-attack. One of their armored vehicles and another with Dushka's weapons were destroyed. Several terrorists were killed, some of bodies were kept at SDF's hands, they received harsh blows by SDF's fighters,  they resorted to mortar and rocket-propelled grenades, but caused little damage, our fighters seized two vehicles, one armored and the other carrying Dushka weapons, as well as a quantity of ammunition.

On the other front of this axis, the terrorists launched a strong attack on the points of our fighters, followed by violent clashes, in which a number of terrorists were killed and wounded others, most of them were kept at SDF's hands, while the bulldozer was targeted belonging to the terrorists, Our fighters have made significant progress in this wing. The International Alliance's aircraft also raided the terrorist organization's sites and fortifications, killing dozens of terrorists and destroying their positions.

There were also violent clashes between our fighters and IS' mercenaries. On the other side of this axis, which launched in the morning and continued into the afternoon, dozens of terrorists were killed and wounded. The bodies of most of them were kept at SDF's hands ,several international raids targeted terrorist positions and their movements.

On several fronts, the terrorists attempted to attack our positions on several fronts. However, all their attempts were unsuccessful in the face of the vigilance of our fighters. They then proceeded indiscriminately shelling using SPG missiles, but did not cause any damage to our forces.

The clashes have been still ongoing intermittently from time to time interspersed with shelling mortar shells, artillery and SPG missiles.

A number of our fighters were wounded in the clashes. They were taken to hospitals for receiving

- The final outcome of the clashes:

- Number of terrorists killed: 169 / Terrorists, 31 of whom were kept at SDF 's hands , and 7 others injured.

- Weapons seized by our fighters: Dushka Weapon (12.5 / number / 1), armored vehicle number / 1, number of Kalashnikovs, quantity of ammunition

Terrorist casualties: destroying of 36 sites and ammunition for terrorists, cutting off 5 military roads used by terrorists, 1 bulldozer destroying , destroying booby trapped vehicle1,  destruction of a Dushka vehicle, 2 , destroying of vehicle , Armored number / 1 /, destroying machinary (Turks) number / 1 /.

- Number of strikes by international coalition aircraft: 82 / Air strike.
