At their funeral ceremony: IS are about to be defeated thanks to martyrs

AL-HASAKAH

In a solemn ceremony, the people of al-Hasakah city of al-Jazeera region bid farewell 4 martyrs' corpses of SDF who are Yassin Khalef; the nom de guerre Kuran, Ayham Jawish; the nom de guerre Basem, Seif al-Haider; the nom de guerre Arnes, and the two fighters in the Military Discipline of SDF who are Amir Zidan; the nom de guerre Ramyar Hasakah, Jwan Jaffan Burkan; the nom de guerre Berkhudan (Berxwedan) Hasaka who were martyred at various times in battles against IS mercenaries in the context of the final phase of al-Jazeera Tempest campaign.

In the shrine of the Martyr Dijwar in al-Dawudia village, the funeral ceremony was organized and began with holding a minute of silence.

During the ceremony, several speeches were delivered by the co-chair of the Martyrs Families Council in al-Hasakah Nisreen Mari, the commander of SDF Welat Arkesh and on behalf of Democratic Autonomous Administration (DAA) delivered by Idan al-Afin.

The speeches offered condolences to the families of the martyrs, and pointed out that the gains achieved in the region were thanks to the martyrs.

During the speeches, the speakers stressed that IS mercenaries are about to be defeated and excluded from the region in light of the heavy blows they receive in their last stronghold in Hajin area of Deir ez-Zor.

The martyrdom documents were then read and delivered to the martyrs' families.
