The Syrian-Syrian dialogue continues in its second theme under the motto: "The Form of Governance in Democratic Decentralization and the Autonomous Administration Model" During the axis, several speeches were delivered by Syrian opposition Ghayat Naisse, Hekmet Habib, The Path of Peaceful Change Movement(Fateh Jamous), Labor Party (Bassam Hussain), Amal Shamdin, the co-chair of the Democratic Unionist Party Shahooz Hassan, activist Badran Al-Khalaf, opposition activist Riad Odeh, the activist (Mohsen Ahmed) and on behalf of the Unionist Democratic Reform Party (Khalaf al-Assaad).

Where the speeches showed that Syria in the crisis experienced by the eighth year is divided among the world countries, so the Autonomous Administration must develop the democratic project and combat the occupations taking place in the Syrian regions, especially the Turkish state, which occupies part of the Syrian geography, changing the demographics of those occupied areas the largest evidence that those external parties Its goal is to divide Syria.

The speeches emphasized that the Democratic Autonomous Administration and the social contract written by the people of the region were a major turning point in the process of starting the democratization of Syria, saying that without this administration there would have been various parties that would intervene to create sedition and trade in the blood of the components and since 2014 it has managed to eliminate terrorism, and this project has succeeded in all areas liberated by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

The speeches denied allegations that the Democratic Autonomous Administration project was run by the Kurds only and said, "The Kurds are the ones who put forward the project of the Democratic Autonomous Administration and the democratic nation that transcends nationality, religion and sectarianism. If it were not for the great sacrifices made by the people of the region, here in the Syrian north there is a national project and the experiment can be put forward because it has maintained the unity of the Syrian people and maintained the borders, security and stability".

The speeches pointed out that the work requires abandoning the prior convictions. For example, when the draft federalism was rejected by many parties that believed in prior convictions, it is necessary to work on a pluralistic project that transcends the idea of ​​a nation state that caused a great crisis in the Middle East, nationalism governs one person or one party and this will not bring resolution and democracy to the region.

The speeches noted that Damascus does not accept the democratic rule and the project in the north of Syria, so it does not want the success of the democratic nation project which will affect its authoritarian dictatorial regime, noting that all the people of the Syrian north and the Syrian people are ready to accept the democratic project.

The speeches called on all parties to adopt a unified and consistent stance against the aggression and attacks of the Turkish occupation and the attacks on the Syrian territories from various forces and to stand together against these attacks and to seek the liberation of all the occupied territories.
