3 Fighters dealt powerful blows to mercenaries, eliminated dozens

The fighter Siamand Kabar, who participated in the Resistance of the Age at its first stage recounts several stations during the confrontation with the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, and noted that on the tenth day of the Resistance of the Age he has been deployed to the fronts of Mobata district, and two days after the attacks on that front, they decided to launch a qualitative operation against the occupation army and its mercenaries who occupied Khalil village.

Three fighters kill dozens of mercenaries in Khalil village

Kabar added, "We decided to form a small group to carry out a quick operation in Khalil village where dozens of Turkish soldiers and mercenaries entered the village, so we formed a group of 3 fighters I was among them, and we packed our combat equipment and took with us large quantities of grenades and some homemade bombs, by the night we went to the village and infiltrated between the trees and valleys around the village until we reached the village. We decided to deploy and enter the village from 3 points quickly and withdrew to a point outside the village after the operation.

Kabar said: "Before we entered the village, we saw the movements of the occupation army and its mercenaries. We identified three weak points to enter, and each of us moved to one side. When I reached the first house in the village, I heard the laughter of the mercenaries. One of the mercenaries was standing at the door, I pointed my gun at him and shot him, then I threw a grenade into the room, followed by another. Then I entered the room and fired inside it. I saw several mercenaries who had been killed inside the house. Then I moved quickly and changed my place. I went to another house of the village I heard the sound of bullets in several points inside the village, my comrades appeared to be clashing with the mercenaries. I hid behind a house. I saw three mercenaries running towards the house where the mercenaries had been killed and before they reached the house, I shot and killed them at soon.

Then the sounds of bullets and the voices of the mercenaries, who were running inside the village rose and  started to move in the village with armored vehicles to protect themselves. So I started to withdraw before the mercenaries closed the exit road. I went out of the village and hid under the trees. I heard sounds of the bullets in the village. I sat down under an olive tree and began to watch. After about a quarter of an hour I heard the sound of a rush approaching me, and he began to call out, "Heval, is there anyone?" I told him I was here. He told me that he had managed to kill more than 10 mercenaries. I also recounted what had happened with me. As we were talking, we heard the sound of our third companion and we felt comfortable. He came to us and said, laughing" I destroyed many points of the enemy." Then I said to move quickly before they shelled the border of the village or look for us, and we hurried back to the olive fields.

Kabar added, "As soon as we moved from our location we heard the sound of a reconnaissance aircraft hovering over the area, we were able to lie down under the trees and not move because these Turkish reconnaissance planes detected any movement on the ground and targeted it, "We remained lying motionless and listening to the sound and movement of reconnaissance aircraft awaiting the reconnaissance plane to disappear to be able to move, and when we were ready to move, we heard the sound of the helicopter flying over us and the firing of machine guns indiscriminately on the olive field and the dust and the olive branches flying around us. After several bursts, the helicopters left. I said to my comrades let’s move quickly before the planes come again, but I was surprised by the response of my comrades who said "we cannot move, we got wounded”, and rushed to them and saw them injured in the limbs and were bleeding, I carried one of them on my shoulder and told the other I tie your wound until I come back to you and walked towards the village where our comrades were, when I reached the middle of the road, I informed our comrades by the wireless device about the place I had arrived and asked them to help. It did not take a few minutes when my comrades reached the wounded fighter. I told them I would go back to the other wounded comrade as they sent the wounded back to the village and return to this point. I heard the sound of the helicopter, I stayed motionless for a while, getting away, I rushed to my companion and carried him on my shoulder and brought him back to the point where the fighters were waiting for us and we managed to save the two wounded. We returned after we inflicted the mercenaries dozens of dead and wounded in Khalil village."

Three fighters face 50 mercenaries backed by 3 warplanes

After returning from Khalil village, a group of fighters moved to the village of Saraya. We were two fighters and two fighters of YPJ. The occupation army and its mercenaries then occupied Atashana village near Saraya. We took our positions there to confront the enemy attacks, we observed the movements of the occupation army and its mercenaries in Atashana, where there were about 50 mercenaries and several armored cars were with them. On the second day of our presence in the village, we noticed intensive movements of the enemy. We took our positions and informed the rest of our comrades in other nearby villages that the occupation army might attack the village. They started to move and attack the village, and then we confronted them and the clashed broke out between us, during which one fighter who was with us got wounded. We continued with the rest of our comrades and informed them of what happened. They sent us two fighters. Upon their arrival, we asked them to move the wounded to the back villages first and then back to support us. After our comrades went with the wounded we saw the reconnaissance planes hovering over the village. The mercenaries intensified the attack on the village. The mercenaries were attacking from several points and trying to enter the village from 3 axes. Our comrades in the neighboring villages told us that they could not move because there were 3 detection planes hovering over the villages of Araba, Habbo and Mobata and all these village were under air siege, and then we decided to resist until the end.

Kabar said ,"after the heavy shelling, the occupation army and mercenaries returned with sunset with a large-scale attack on the village. They were escorted by dozens of armored vehicles and tanks. They were advancing from several attempts to besiege the village, and then the leadership continued to ask us to retreat to nearby villages because they could not send support. We planted several anti-tank mines on the mercenary road and drove out of the village through a slope planted with some forest and olive trees towards our comrades in the back villages. Although the mercenaries fired several shells at the slope, we were not hurt and managed to reach the comrades safely.

Kabar concluded his speech by stressing the continuation of the resistance against the Turkish occupation and mercenaries, and that they continue to resist in the second stage and will not abandon Afrin till liberating it completely of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries."
