Hebrew channel  noted today ,Israel destroyed last night a series of important targets at the Damascus International Airport.

The Israeli Channel 2 claimed on Sunday morning that Israeli fighter jets spotted a range of targets in the heart of Damascus International Airport, the most important of which is an Iranian Boeing aircraft, a few hours after landing at the same airport.

The channel claimed that the plane was supposed to transfer its weapons to the Syrian regime, or to the forces of Iran fighting in Syria.

The channel reported on its website that the Israeli raid targeted weapons stores in airport hangars, workshops and stores for maintenance, disguised by placing the United Nations (UN) and the international transport company (DHL) on its surface, as shown by satellite images published by the channel.

The Hebrew channel attributed the reports to unnamed sources, while announcing that the Israeli army refused to respond to its inquiries about the raid, saying that it "does not comment on such reports" or does not comment on strange reports.
