TEV-DEM invites Sengal people to organize themselves

The Executive Committee of Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) released a statement on Friday in conjunction with the fourth anniversary of the massacre of Sengal which reads:

August 3 marks the fourth anniversary of Sengal massacre, which was carried out by terrorist gangs and organized by international parties aimed at annihilating our Kurdish people from the Yezidi sect. The repeated massacres and massacres inflicted on our people by extremists And the followers of the central state who always want to have no popular will and do not want the aspirations of peoples to live in peace.

It is the right of our Yazidi people to manage themselves in accordance with these principles and it is the duty of everyone to support them in order to achieve this.

We in the Executive Body of Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) remember all the martyrs who fell in the massacre of the third of August in Sengal. We also salute the resistance forces that defended and met the call of our people in Sengal and carried out their national duty from YPG and YPJ, We call upon our people in Sengal to prepare and organize themselves strongly. We also support our Yazidi people in building their administration and self-determination. The victory achieved by Syrian Democratic Forces SDF on terrorism and calling for victory for all the peoples that have been touched by terrorism and victory for our Yazidi, It is the duty of the whole world to work against terrorism and uproot it and limit the genocide. In the forefront, we must work on the necessity of exiting the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries from Afrin. The presence of the occupying state in Afrin violates all international values ​​and laws as well. Its presence increases the development of the terrorist project in Syria and the region, who occupy Afrin themselves who attacked Sengal and committed massacres throughout the region, the necessity of international action against terrorism and occupation and the need to help achieve peoples freedom.
