Afrin: 7 Turkish elements, its gangs killed in unique ops

The People’s Protection Units and Women’s Protection Units(YPG, YPJ) have carried out a unique operation against the Turkish occupation army and its gangs which led to the killing of two elements of the Turkish occupation army and 5 of its gangs, and 6 others were wounded.

In the context of the second phase of the Resistance of the Age in Afrin, the People’s Protection Units and Women’s Protection Units conducted a series of unique operations against the Turkish occupation army and its gangs. Where on Thursday morning, in the Old neighborhood of Afrin, an operation was conducted by the YPG and YPJ which led to killing two elements of the Turkish occupation army and 5 of its gangs, in addition, 6 mercenaries got wounded.

Local sources within Afrin noted that the Turkish occupation army and its gangs are in severe fear due to the increasing operations that target them by the People’s Protection Units and Women’s Protection Units. The sources also pointed out that while the mercenaries comb an area, it is accompanied by bombing suspecting YPG or YPJ’s existence within it, and would not dare approach till the area is destroyed.
