After the Syrian territories were exposed to destruction and displacement during the past and last period "Turkish occupation of Afrin city, the displacement of its inhabitants, the looting of their property, the killing of innocent citizens and the threats of the Turkish government to invade Manbij and northern Syrian region under the pretext of fighting terrorism. While Turkey was exporting terrorism through terrorist organizations as Jabhit al-Nusra and Islamic State's gangs (IS) and extremist factions and working on the continuation of the Syrian crisis without resolving, taking advantage of the international silence and the inability of the United Nations to resolve the Syrian crisis.

Therefore, Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij city and its countryside and other cantons in North Syria's cantons stresses the need to find a solution to the Syrian crisis through the intra-Syrian talks, stop the Syrian bloodshed and preserve the remaining infrastructure of a unified Syria. This is done not only with departure of the foreign occupying forces on top it Turkish occupation of north-west Syria from Adlib through Afrin, al-Bab ,Azaz, Jarablus and all Syrian areas so that the Syrian people can solve their problems through talks and not killing and destroying away from any interference in its internal affairs

Long live fraternity of peoples and co-existence. Long live free pluralistic and democratic Syria. Glory and eternity to our martyrs".
