A local source from the occupied Girê Spi reported that yesterday, the Turkish occupation authorities brought 130 Syrian refugees who were forcibly displaced from Turkish territory into the occupied city of Girê Spi/Tal Abyad through the city’s border gate, and handed them over to police mercenaries to settle them in the homes of the forcibly displaced residents of the city.

According to the source, those who were brought to the region came from the cities of “Hama, Aleppo, and the Damascus countryside.”

This is the first batch documented by ANHA agency during the current year, while the number of Syrian refugees forcibly deported from Turkish territory since the beginning of April 2022 has reached more than 30 thousand, including 72 Iraqis.
