Today, the Afrin Liberation Forces issued a statement to public opinion, which reads:

"The attacks of the Turkish occupation army on our regions continue without interruption, targeting our people in these attacks, and in the face of these attacks of genocide and destruction, we continue our response operations:

On October 16, our forces tracked down a group of Turkish occupation mercenaries between the villages of Burj Haydar and Kafr Nebo in the countryside of the occupied city of Afrin.

In the first operation, two mercenaries were killed, as our forces continued to track them after the first operation and when a number of mercenaries gathered at the site of the first operation, Our forces carried out another operation on the same site.

In the second operation, 4 mercenaries were killed and 3 others were injured, and 4 of their motorcycles were destroyed.

On the same day, as a result of 2 sniper operations, 2 Turkish occupation mercenaries were wounded in the vicinity of the city of Mare’, and again on October 16, a high-ranking security official belonging to Sultan Murad’s mercenaries was targeted in the city of Jarabulus, and he is also a member of the Turkish intelligence service, the operation resulted in the killing of the official and the wounding of a mercenary, also their car was also completely destroyed".
