The Media Center of the Afrin Liberation Forces revealed the toll of the Turkish bombing on Afrin and al-Shahba canton during last May.

According to the outcome, during the period between May 1 and May 31, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries launched 124 attacks on 37 points in the villages and towns of Afrin and al-Shahba canton, and 3 points belonging to the Damascus government forces.

The attacks, carried out with tank shells, artillery, mortars, armed drones, suicide bombs, and explosives, caused damage to citizens' homes, fields, and agricultural lands.

In detail, the bombing that targeted the village of Samouqa on the eighteenth of the month resulted in the death of the child Faris Khalaf Ibrahim and the injury of 3 children.

The bombing that targeted the village of Sheikh Issa in al-Shahba, on the 31st of the month, resulted in the injury of a 60-year-old citizen.

Meanwhile, the attack by a suicide drone on the village of Dam al-Shahba on the nineteenth of the month resulted in the wounding of a member of the Damascus government forces named Bashar Jaboura (36 years old).

On the twenty-fourth of the month, a suicide drone targeted a point belonging to the Damascus government forces in the Soghanka Forest in the town of Sherawa in Afrin, causing material damage.

On the fifteenth of the month, a suicide drone targeted a point belonging to the Damascus government forces in the village of Kafr Antoun, affiliated with the city of Shara in occupied Afrin, causing material damage.
