The Turkish occupation state continues to exploit the living conditions in the areas it occupies in northern Syria with the aim of recruiting more mercenaries to participate in military operations outside Syrian territory.

In this regard, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights indicated that Turkey, similar to what it did in Libya and Azerbaijan, actually began sending Syrian mercenaries on a combat mission in Niger.

Sources of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed the departure of a batch of fighters from the “National Army” mercenaries yesterday on board a transport plane that departed from one of the bases in Turkey and carrying on board 300 mercenaries from the “Sultan Suleiman Shah Division,” the “Hamza Division,” and the “Sultan Suleiman Shah Division.” Sultan Murad,” led by one of the defected officers from the Damascus forces, who previously supervised the mercenaries during the operations in Libya and Azerbaijan.

According to the sources, the mercenaries were prevented from using mobile phones during the start of their journey, and the mercenary from them will receive a monthly salary of 1,500 US dollars, which will be delivered to one of his relatives in the areas of northern Syria occupied by Turkey through a 6-month contract with the mercenary.

Last year, 2023, the "Sultan Murad" mercenaries began registering the identity of the mercenaries who would fight in Niger, and some were subjected to exploitation by the leaders. Some of them paid a bribe amounting to 200 US dollars in exchange for being accepted as a mercenary fighting for money only.
