Three Syrian soldiers killed in rural Latakia
A bombing carried out by mercenaries on the northern countryside of Latakia resulted in the killing of 3 members of the Damascus forces, including an officer.
Three soldiers of the Damascus forces were killed today in a ground bombardment carried out by the "Al-Fath Al-Mubin" mercenaries in the northern countryside of Latakia, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The SOHR noted that among the dead was an officer with the rank of captain.
Thus, the number of those killed by ground attacks in northwestern Syria since the beginning of 2024 has risen to 187, during 159 operations that varied between attacks, sniper operations, clashes, targets, and suicide UAVs, and more than 154 people were injured.
