Youth of Serê Kaniyê is rising against the Turkish occupation

The Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement, in coordination with the Youth and Sports Committee of Serê Kaniyê Council, organized a protest against the attacks of the Turkish state on southern Kurdistan and Afrin canton.

Under the slogan "In the spirit of the resistance of July 14, rise up to end the occupation of the Turkish fascism", Rojava Youth Union in coordination with the Youth and Sports Committee in Serê Kaniyê Council, they went on a demonstration against the attacks of the Turkish state on the regions of southern Kurdistan and Afrin canton.

The demonstration, which was attended by dozens of young people and residents of the city, started in front of the district council, and toured the central market street in the city. The people chanted slogans condemning the Turkish attacks and attacks and the complicity of the Kurdistan Regional Government.

The demonstrators gathered in the neighborhood of Ronahi, where the co-chair of the People's Assembly Luqman Issa gave a speech saluting the resistance of the youth and uprising against the Turkish occupation, pointing out that the threats of the Turkish state indicate its fall in all areas, including militarily in Idlib, as well as politically and economically.

Issa pointed out that the Turkish state aim by these threats and conspiracies that target the safe areas to undermine the democratic experience and called for an escalation of the struggle against Turkish threats.

"Our revolution started with the spirit of youth and we will triumph in the spirit of freedom and peace," Issa said.

The demonstration ended with slogans that salute the resistance and glorify martyrs.
