Yezidis demand to try Daesh

The Autonomous Administration Council in Şengal called for the transfer of all Daesh's detainees to a competent international tribunal for crimes against humanity.

The council said in a statement that Daesh committed horrible massacres against humanity in both Şengal and Nineveh plain.  

The Council called for the formation of an international court competent to try "criminals, actors and contributors to commit crimes against humanity in accordance with the law of terrorism in force."

The Council also requested the presence of a competent body of Yazidis and the victims' families affected during the trials.

The Council sent a copy of its statement, which included demands to the Iraqi government, the International Coalition and the administration of north and east Syria to fight ISIS.
