RAPERIN TAHLO - SLAVA ABDULLAHMAN / QAMISHLO
The Turkish authorities have imposed strict isolation on Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan for more than three years. The lawyers and the leaders' families are prohibited from meeting him. The Kurdish people, friendly peoples and democratic people believe that the aim of this isolation is to obstacle ideas and directives of leader Ocalan from reaching to the peoples of the region. In order to condemn the isolation imposed on leader Ocalan, hundreds of people in Kurdistan and Europe, led by activist Leyla Guven, have gone on hunger strike."
Laila Muhammed Murad from Qamishlo city explained that the main objective of the isolation imposed on leader Ocalan is to break the will of the Kurdish people and the people of the region who believe in democracy and the philosophy of leader Ocalan.
Laila Muhammed Murad stressed that the people of the region were led by the ideas and philosophy of the leader Ocalan, and he fought for his freedom and legitimate rights under the Ocalan ideas. "Ocalan called for a participatory life, the consolidation of relations between the components and the coexistence. By virtue of the leader's thoughts, all components stood together in the face of terrorism."
Laila Muhammed Murad explained that the Kurdish woman has fought and is constantly fighting to lift the isolation of leader Ocalan. "Leyla Guven proved to the world that Kurdish women are able to demonstrate their resistance and struggle to lift the isolation of leader Ocalan.
Laila Murad called on all international and human rights organizations to break their silence and intervene to lift the isolation imposed on leader Ocalan.
" Mahmoud Gulo from Qamishlo noted "what is practiced against Ocalan has no example throughout history, the isolation imposed on Ocalan now is inhumane and there is no prisoner in the world whose parents and lawyers are denied meeting him all this period of time."
