Ukrainian security service detained the Russian oil tanker "Nima" for hindering the movement of Ukrainian ships in the Kerch Strait, the Ukrainian security service announced on Thursday.
The press service added that detention procedures were being prepared.
"The military prosecutor's office has detained with the Ukrainian security service the Russian carrier Nima, which has hindered the movement of Ukrainian warships in the Kerch Strait," the statement said.
Fifteen senior Russian military commanders were detained, as well as an admiral, two deputies and a colonel.
It is noteworthy that Russia detained in 25 November last year, 3 Ukrainian ships with 22 sailors and two employees of the State Security Administration, Moscow said that they violated the Russian border in the Black Sea.
