Turkish occupation pushes military reinforcements to "de-escalation"

The Turkish occupation continues to send military and logistical reinforcements to its locations within the so-called "de-escalation" zone, as 20 new machineries have entered the region today.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported the entry of a new Turkish military convoy, through the Kafrlocin border crossing with Iskenderun, and the convoy consists of about 20 vehicles that headed towards Turkish points in the region.

With the continued flow of Turkish convoys into the region, the number of vehicles that entered Syrian territory since the start of the new ceasefire announced by Turkey and Russia on March 5 was 4,360, in addition to thousands of soldiers.

Thus, the number of trucks and military vehicles that have reached the "de-escalation zone" during the period from February 2, 2020 to date, will increase to more than 7,695 Turkish military trucks and vehicles that entered Syrian territory, carrying tanks, personnel carriers, armored vehicles, and " Mobile bulletproof guard booths” and military radars, while the number of Turkish soldiers deployed in Idlib and Aleppo during this period has reached more than 11 thousand Turkish soldiers.
