Turkey is far from Islamic religion; it uses religion to achieve its ambitions

The head of the Foundation for Religious Affairs in the city of Manbij and its countryside, Ali Al-Jumaili, explained that the Turkish state seeks to revive the era of the Ottomans and is exploiting the Islamic peoples by using the Islamic religion to achieve its ambitions.

During an interview with our agency, he spoke about the Turkish orientation and moves in the Middle East region, and the Turkish leaders ’taking the Islamic religion as a slogan for interference in the affairs of neighboring countries.

He says, "The Turkish state is constantly trying to restore the Ottoman Empire at the expense of neighboring countries, and uses Islam as a means to implement its ambitions and plans, but it is far from Islam."

The practices of the Turkish state in the occupied territories are contrary to Islam moral values and principles

He added that "the practices of the Turkish state in the occupied territories are contrary to Islam and the Islamic and ethical values. It is known that the Islam is a religion of love and morals, but the Turkish state fights and occupies Muslim countries."

He explained that the practices of the Turkish occupation and mercenaries in Afrin, Azaz, Tal Abyad and other occupied areas, are inconsistent with the reality of Islam, adding: “They represent real terrorism by recruiting young people and children and sending them to fight in Libya and other countries, it is clear to everyone. "

At the end of his speech, the head of the Foundation for Religious Affairs in the city of Manbij and its countryside, Ali Al-Jumaili, stressed the need for people to realize that the goal of the Turkish state and its mercenaries is to impose the hegemony of the Ottoman Empire.

Erdogan and other Turkish leaders' statements are not devoid of Islamic political slogans showing that Turkey defends Islam and Muslims and applies the teachings of this religion, while Turkish actions on the ground at home and abroad, especially in Syria, reflect the exact opposite of what the Turkish leaders claim.
