Masses of the Tayy Quarter that left home after clashes erupted between the National Defence mercenaries and the Internal Security Forces have arrived in the quarter after all security measures were taken.
Buses on board people from Tayy set off from the Wehde Circle in the city of Qamishlo headed towards the quarter.
This comes after a statement was issued yesterday by the Internal Security Forces calling on resident to return home.
